Return Policy

  1. Eligible Returns: Returns are only accepted for products that arrive damaged. To qualify for a return, please ensure the following:
    • The product was damaged during shipping or arrived with visible defects.
    • You have documented evidence of the damage (as outlined below).
  2. Proof of Damage:
    • To process your return, we require clear, uncut, and unblurred video evidence of the damaged item.
    • The video should capture each side of the product to fully display the damage and should be taken immediately upon receiving the item.
    • This evidence must be submitted to us within 7 days of receiving the product. Unfortunately, we cannot accept return requests that are reported beyond this timeframe.

Refund Process

  1. Refund Timeframe: Once the damaged product has been verified, we will initiate a refund. The standard refund processing time is between 7-10 business days.
  2. Refund Method: Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

Important Notes

  • Only items that meet the return eligibility criteria and have been verified as damaged will be refunded.
  • Refunds will not be issued for products that are found to be intact, as this policy is strictly for damaged goods only.
